- Collaborate with General Managers to strategize, execute, and organize activities within the Sales Department, ensuring performance standards are met, including budget targets for gross profit, sales volume, and customer satisfaction.
- Inspire and lead the RV sales team to surpass sales objectives through effective motivation and guidance.
- Formulate and execute strategies to enhance inventory control, optimize pricing, and refine merchandising efforts.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and devise sales plans to meet ambitious targets.
