- Manage and oversee the Customer Experience Dashboard to monitor essential metrics and performance indicators.
- Promote effective communication and teamwork across Marketing, Sales, Design, and Operations to prioritize customer experience consistently.
- Ensure brand consistency by embodying the company's identity in all customer-facing interactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to streamline internal operations and boost service delivery.
- Conduct weekly reviews with sales representatives to evaluate performance metrics and identify areas for enhancement, supporting the VP of Business Development.
- Ensure the accuracy of CRM data and oversee the management of leads and opportunities.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the enhancement of customer experience and align with broader business objectives.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong presentation skills coupled with a commitment to outstanding customer service.
- Highly organized, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail.
