Key Responsibilities

  • Client Account Leadership: Assume full responsibility for client relationships, ensuring optimal account performance, profitability, and growth.
  • Strategic Partnership: Cultivate enduring, positive relationships with clients at all levels, acting as a reliable business partner.
  • Data-Driven Solutions: Drive the identification and integration of essential resources to deliver innovative data-driven marketing solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, ensuring the successful and timely delivery of projects while adhering to budget constraints.
  • Thought Leadership: Maintain a strong grasp of industry trends and technological advancements to provide cutting-edge data strategies and analytics solutions essential for client success.
  • Travel and Client Engagement: Allocate time effectively among key locations, including Boston, Atlanta, New York City, and Dallas, to strengthen client relationships.

Required Skills

  • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 7 years leading business development and expanding enterprise-level client bases.
  • A proven track record of successfully growing accounts and delivering results.
  • Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams within a marketing services organization.
  • Expertise in consultative sales with a focus on understanding client needs and developing tailored solutions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities to assess business performance and customer journeys, identifying growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to create compelling executive presentations that resonate with clients.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and hands-on approach to drive initiatives, revenue growth, and innovative solutions.
  • Resilience and a growth mindset, embracing challenges and learning from experiences.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years in the marketing field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in business development and successfully growing enterprise-level clients.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
