Key Responsibilities
- Product Leadership: Serve as the authority on your product’s technology and features, perpetually expanding your knowledge and sharing insights with the team.
- Product Discovery: Evaluate business prospects and market dynamics to enhance product offerings. Conduct research via surveys, interviews, and market analysis to craft optimal user experiences.
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to collect business requirements and create comprehensive documentation (epics, user stories, etc.) that delineate product features and deliver business value.
- Product Strategy: Partner with senior leadership to implement product strategy, ensuring alignment of product features with business goals and user necessities.
- Prioritization: Drive the prioritization of application development, guaranteeing that the most valuable features are prioritized for delivery.
- Communication: Maintain transparency with stakeholders regarding product updates, providing regular insights on feature delivery, progress, and timelines.

Required Skills
- Extensive experience (10 years) in Product Management & Development, with a profound understanding of data as a product.

- Familiarity with Data Architecture, encompassing data platforms, pipelines, and data lakes.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning and Data Science frameworks and their applications in product development.
- Expertise in Agile, Scrum, LEAN, and other product development methodologies.
- Capability to convey technical subjects in a business-oriented manner to diverse audiences.
- Proven track record of delivering user-centric products that resonate with market needs, user feedback, and technical limitations.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to execution.
- Required: Bachelor's degree (preferably in a technical, business, or design-related discipline). A Master's degree is advantageous.
