Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and modification of designs utilizing software such as Illustrator, Art Cam, Flexi, and other relevant design tools.
- Oversee the ordering and setup of materials essential for production.
- Manage operations of wide-format digital printing equipment.
- Provide hands-on leadership for CNC machines and laser cutting operations.
- Develop and implement employee training programs to enhance team capabilities and ensure operational excellence.
- Supervise the installation of various signage, including vinyl, banners, and mesh banners.
- Profound knowledge of design software, particularly Illustrator, Art Cam, and Flexi.
- Strong visual communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational talents.
- Capacity for independent work as well as collaborative teamwork.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in design, production, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in a production design role, supported by a robust portfolio of previous projects.
- Proven management experience and expertise in training employees.
