Your Impact

In your role as Resident Care Director, you will be pivotal in ensuring that every resident receives outstanding care tailored to their individual needs. Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute individualized care plans for residents.
• Oversee and lead caregiving staff, ensuring high standards of performance and compliance with best practices.
• Provide instruction, mentorship, and support to staff to uphold exceptional care standards.
• Act as an advocate for residents and their families, ensuring needs are prioritized and addressed.
• Foster open communication among residents, families, and colleagues.
• Manage scheduling and time allocation to ensure consistent and reliable care coverage.
• Be available on-call 24⁄7 to respond to clinical and staffing needs as they arise.
• Participate in rotating weekend management responsibilities.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management position (required).
• At least 2 years of experience in senior living (required).
• Active nursing license (required).
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong leadership capabilities with an emphasis on accountability and performance.
• Proficient in coordinating move-ins and service arrangements.
