We have an immediate need for a Memory Care Coordinator.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provides organizational structure and ensure effective and efficient operations within
the memory care department. - Implements a structured, daily activity program that is appropriate for persons with
Alzheimer's Disease. - Assist with care planning.
Education/Experience/ Licensure/Certification
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 years of experience with the Geriatric population
- Knowledge of Alzheimer Disease and related memory impairments
- CPR, First Aid
