- Lead and provide strategic direction for 17 programs within Children & Families Services, ensuring optimal service quality and program efficacy.
- Oversee the design, execution, and assessment of programs, confirming that they align with the diverse needs of children and families.
- Supervise a dedicated team, providing guidance, support, and clinical oversight to foster professional growth and effective service delivery.
- Manage budgets and resources prudently to maintain financial viability and appropriate resource distribution.
- Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to amplify program impact and cultivate a robust support network.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and policies, safeguarding the program’s integrity and operational effectiveness.
- Extensive knowledge in child and family development, as well as trauma-informed care and evidence-based methodologies.
- Proven capacity to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams effectively.
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Master's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Counseling).
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification is mandated.
- Preferred: Current certification or eligibility to provide supervision hours for clinical licensure.
- Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience within children and families service programs.
