Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled Senior / Director of Product Launch & Commercialization to take charge of the complete product launch lifecycle, from initial strategy formulation to post-launch analysis and optimization. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead cross-functional teams, craft and implement effective go-to-market strategies, ensure product readiness, and monitor product performance. Your primary objective will be to facilitate successful product launches, establish vital success metrics, mitigate risks, and enhance processes to drive sustained growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Formulate and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for a state-of-the-art nucleic acid extraction and cell enrichment instrument that aligns with market demands and business goals.
- Collaborate effectively with teams across R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to guarantee smooth execution of product launches and adherence to timelines.
- Proactively identify and manage potential risks that could impact launch schedules or market effectiveness, addressing challenges related to supply chain, manufacturing, and tech support.
- Engage with key clients, industry leaders, and stakeholders to validate product-market fit and refine messaging. Lead initiatives for early adopter programs to enhance market penetration.
- Drive improvements in operational processes throughout the launch cycle, streamlining workflows, optimizing resource allocation, and enhancing supply chain efficiency.
- Collaborate internally to foster innovation in product applications and adapt to evolving market conditions, ensuring ongoing product success.
- Develop and implement a long-term strategic roadmap for product lifecycle management, focused on sustained market growth and customer satisfaction post-launch.
