Key Responsibilities
- Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution: Formulate and implement an effective strategy for launching a nucleic acid extraction and cell enrichment instrument, ensuring alignment with market demands and business objectives.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with teams across R&D, engineering, marketing, sales, and operations to guarantee product readiness and flawless execution. Drive cross-departmental teams to adhere to launch timelines and deliverables.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential risks, including those related to supply chain and production scalability. Spearhead problem-solving initiatives to mitigate issues.
