- Leverage internal systems to efficiently open, track, and process escrow transactions.
- Deliver exemplary customer service through effective communication with real estate agents, brokers, and clients.
- Assist clients promptly via phone and email, addressing inquiries with professionalism.
- Validate the accuracy of escrow entries and associated documentation.
- Execute general administrative duties to support seamless office operations in a fast-paced atmosphere.
