- Lead the development of financial forecasting, modeling, and budgeting initiatives.
- Supervise the generation and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and transparency.
- Provide strategic oversight for accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Recommend enhancements to minimize financial risks and refine financial processes.
- Engage with department leaders to synchronize financial objectives with operational demands.
- Ensure strict adherence to financial regulations and corporate governance standards.
- Enhance the revenue cycle by managing billing, collections, and reporting to promote robust cash flow.
- Extensive experience in finance and management, with a proven ability to lead business operations.

- A Master's degree or equivalent experience, or 4-10 years of relevant work experience.
- CPA License is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and fulfill other physical and vision requirements.
