Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to synchronize store operations with the wider organizational objectives.
- Oversee daily operations to uphold high standards in guest service, financial performance, processes, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Lead and coordinate teams across diverse departments, including Restaurants, Retail, Quick Service, Culinary, and Facilities, while working in tandem with Marketing, Finance, and HR.
- Manage labor, costs, inventory, pricing, and merchandising to maximize store effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain the store's budget, implementing cost control measures while ensuring exceptional quality.
- Establish and monitor KPIs to gauge success and pinpoint areas for continuous improvement.
- Utilize sales data, guest feedback, and other metrics to inform decision-making processes.
- Encourage a culture of collaboration and effective communication among store leaders.
- Serve as the primary contact for addressing operational challenges.
- Inspire and motivate team members by setting clear expectations and leading through example.
- Partner with HR to facilitate the recruitment, training, and development of team members, including performance evaluations and terminations.
- Represent the store positively to the community and guests, ensuring a memorable experience.
- Perform additional duties as required.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and team-building abilities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and business management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to excel in a collaborative, results-oriented environment.
- Experience with Italian cuisine and wine is strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- A minimum of 8 years of management experience within a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant or retail setting.
- A strong passion for Italian food and hospitality.
