Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison for clients throughout the implementation process, cultivating and maintaining a trusted advisory relationship.
- Spearhead the definition, planning, and execution of implementation projects, ensuring that all tasks, milestones, and project objectives are delivered on time.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—including Business Analysts, Development, and QA—to confirm that all project outcomes align with client expectations.
- Partner with Business Analysts to assure the accuracy of all documentation, encompassing business requirements, user stories, wireframes, and functional specifications.
- Design and deliver comprehensive training materials for both clients and internal teams.
- Proactively identify and manage potential risks or issues using best practices.
- Keep the executive team informed on project status and development through regular updates.
- Work in conjunction with Product Management to align client needs with product development priorities, ensuring optimal solutions are delivered.
- Strong technical proficiency, including familiarity with sFTP, APIs, file formats, integrations, and HTML.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing SaaS or enterprise software solutions.
- Knowledge of the pharmaceutical, specialty pharmacy, or hub sectors is advantageous.
- Previous consulting experience where you engaged directly with clients in an implementation capacity.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, client-facing projects with a clear understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project.
- A Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in managing intricate software projects, particularly those involving client interactions.
- Familiarity with the specialty pharmacy industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices will be beneficial.
