Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and uphold a prioritized product roadmap, evaluating and prioritizing features while managing release schedules effectively.
• Ensure that platform architecture is in sync with business goals, balancing technical practicality with value-driven priorities.
• Champion platform adoption by enforcing best practices and communicating technical concepts to diverse audiences effectively.
• Propel continuous improvement by engaging in research, learning, and staying informed about industry advancements.
• Facilitate constructive discussions with development teams to guarantee alignment with best practices and guidelines.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to teams regarding platform strategies, architecture, and the integration of new technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
• A minimum of five years’ experience as a software developer, showcasing strong technical and problem-solving abilities.
