Job Overview

We are in search of a committed and customer-oriented professional to become part of our team as a Customer Service Representative. This hybrid position provides a unique blend of in-office and remote work, commencing with an integrated training program. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage an average of 40-60 inbound calls daily, with variability based on call duration (approximately 11-14 minutes per call).
  • Provide assistance to borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions regarding insurance-related inquiries, with a primary focus on homeowners insurance.
  • Professionally address questions related to payments, coverage, and policy details.
  • Utilize multiple systems to accurately research and document calls, ensuring a smooth experience for both internal and external clients.
  • Employ problem-solving abilities to swiftly resolve customer concerns while upholding high service quality standards.
  • Respond to customer requests in a prompt, clear, and courteous manner, fostering a positive experience.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of recent customer service experience (call center experience preferred, front desk/admin experience considered; retail and food service experience will not be deemed suitable).
  • Proficient in navigating Windows PCs and software systems (user-friendly).
  • Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities—comfortable engaging with customers via phone and following up through email.
  • Access to reliable internet for remote training and work.
  • Reliable transportation is necessary.

Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Hourly pay rate: \(17.00 - \)18.50/hr.
