Key Responsibilities
- Manage an average of 40-60 inbound calls daily, with variability based on call duration (approximately 11-14 minutes per call).
- Provide assistance to borrowers, insurance agents, and financial institutions regarding insurance-related inquiries, with a primary focus on homeowners insurance.
- Professionally address questions related to payments, coverage, and policy details.
- Utilize multiple systems to accurately research and document calls, ensuring a smooth experience for both internal and external clients.
- Employ problem-solving abilities to swiftly resolve customer concerns while upholding high service quality standards.
- Respond to customer requests in a prompt, clear, and courteous manner, fostering a positive experience.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent customer service experience (call center experience preferred, front desk/admin experience considered; retail and food service experience will not be deemed suitable).
- Proficient in navigating Windows PCs and software systems (user-friendly).
- Typing speed of at least 35 words per minute.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities—comfortable engaging with customers via phone and following up through email.
- Access to reliable internet for remote training and work.
- Reliable transportation is necessary.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
