Impact VP of Service Delivery

Job Overview

We are looking for a visionary and accomplished Vice President of Impact and Service Delivery to join our esteemed Senior Leadership team. This critical position will play an essential role in directing the future trajectory of our organization by spearheading strategic initiatives and nurturing a culture centered around accountability and quantifiable impact. The VP will be responsible for ensuring long-term sustainability while overseeing daily operations to maintain exemplary service delivery across our national network.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and manage all programs and services to establish the organization as a premier provider of supportive services for affordable housing communities.
• Ensure that programs are diverse, innovative, and aligned with strategic objectives while effectively addressing the needs of residents and the broader community.
• Build and sustain vital partnerships, positioning the organization as the preferred service provider.
• Oversee specific focus areas within the department including training, impact assessment, partnership development, and service delivery.
• Direct a team of regional directors and program staff, ensuring accountability and maintaining high standards of program quality.
• Assess and enhance service models to ensure scalability and success across all locations.
• Promote interdepartmental collaboration to align service delivery and program development with organizational goals.
• Assist in grant development initiatives in partnership with the Fund Development Department.
• Maintain close communication with the President & CEO regarding strategic priorities and potential challenges.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Human Services, Education, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in social services, program design, and management.
• Proven leadership experience emphasizing accountability and team development.
• Advanced project management capabilities with the expertise to manage complex programs.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Adobe programs.

Compensation And Benefits

• Salary Range: \(90,000 to \)115,000, depending on experience and education.
