- Formulate and present an execution strategy for management endorsement.

- Review and oversee contracts, ensuring all requirements are met.
- Coordinate the evaluation of scope of work, contract specifics, specifications, and client documentation.
- Develop, uphold, and revise project schedules to ensure milestone achievements.

- Ensure timely delivery of all client deliverables.
- Monitor and manage project budgets, ensuring resources are utilized effectively.
