- Assess and evaluate service needs, determining the appropriate level of coordination for each client.
- Maintain detailed records of outcomes and track client progress to uphold the highest standards of care.
- Negotiate cost-effective services while ensuring the maintenance of quality standards.
- Oversee and manage expenses associated with service delivery.
