Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the activities of technicians at job sites, ensuring that work is completed efficiently and meets established quality standards.
- Guarantee the precise documentation of technician reports that encompass work performed, time invested, and relevant client details.
- Engage with clients to ascertain their needs and craft customized solutions.
- Optimize project scheduling to fulfill client expectations and deadlines.
- Provide effective leadership to inspire installation teams to achieve their objectives in a professional and timely manner.
- Conduct regular site visits to evaluate technician performance, including appearance, communication, and adherence to company policies.
- Assist in estimating smaller projects while lending support to larger initiatives in collaboration with project teams.
- Review project developments and communicate any scheduling challenges with senior management.
- Dispatch and follow up with service technicians for after-hours repair requirements.
- Offer training covering technical skills, communication, safety protocols, and client service standards.

- Ensure the timely review and submission of timecards and expense reports.

- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and NFPA fire alarm regulations.
- Proficient in using hand tools, electronics, and interpreting blueprints and schematics.

- Strong commitment to upholding safety standards in the field.
- High School Diploma or GED (Trade school or certification is advantageous).
- 6 months to 2 years of relevant industry experience, or 10 years of hands-on experience.
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity.
