Key Responsibilities

Required Skills

• A current RN nursing license and the educational background necessary to maintain it.
• A valid driver's license.
• Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with prior clinical leadership experience being a strong asset.
  
  

Qualifications

• Education as required to obtain and sustain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
• Proven track record in a leadership role within Long-Term Care or Assisted Living environments is preferred.
