Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the clinical team to guarantee that all residents receive tailored, top-tier care.
- Cultivate strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers to facilitate effective care coordination.
- Collaborate with community leadership to boost resident and family satisfaction.
- Mentor and guide your team members to foster their professional success.
- A current RN nursing license and the educational background necessary to maintain it.
- A valid driver's license.
- Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office and electronic documentation.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, with prior clinical leadership experience being a strong asset.
- Education as required to obtain and sustain a state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN).
- Proven track record in a leadership role within Long-Term Care or Assisted Living environments is preferred.
