On-Site Project Manager for Construction and Development

Job Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be pivotal in steering projects from inception to completion. You will be tasked with formulating thorough project management frameworks, which encompass detailed requirements, resource allocations, work breakdown structures, and delineated roles and responsibilities. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring that projects adhere to timelines and budgets without compromising on quality. You will forge strong partnerships with clients, adeptly managing their expectations while driving the realization of business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive project management plan addressing all critical project components, including scope, schedule, and budget.
• Engage with clients, effectively managing their expectations and facilitating seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to establish precise budgets for each undertaking.
• Monitor project deliverables and milestones, ensuring timely completion within budgetary limits and alignment with business goals.
• Provide consistent updates on project data, financial performance, and overall progress to key stakeholders, including the CFO and Principal.
• Oversee scope modifications, support supplementary services, and document out-of-scope tasks through a systematic change management process.
• Negotiate with architects, engineers, and external partners to address key issues and secure project success.
• Offer daily management and mentorship to team members, particularly those who are less experienced.
• Supervise invoicing processes, including monthly billing forecasts.
• Continuously assess processes for potential improvements, enhancing efficiency and project outcomes.
• Participate in performance reviews and contribute to team development initiatives.
• Cultivate expertise across a variety of project types, including Convenience, Grocery, Industrial, Multi-family, Restaurant, Retail, and Senior Living projects.
