Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other stakeholders to establish precise budgets for each undertaking.
- Monitor project deliverables and milestones, ensuring timely completion within budgetary limits and alignment with business goals.
- Provide consistent updates on project data, financial performance, and overall progress to key stakeholders, including the CFO and Principal.
- Oversee scope modifications, support supplementary services, and document out-of-scope tasks through a systematic change management process.

- Offer daily management and mentorship to team members, particularly those who are less experienced.
- Supervise invoicing processes, including monthly billing forecasts.
