Required Skills

• Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, or in a comparable senior position within a financial services firm.
• Extensive experience (10-15 years) in financial services, wealth advisory, or investment management, with additional experience in national Registered Investment Advisors (RIA) or Multi-Family Offices (MFO) considered advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of operational best practices, compliance, data analysis, and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in project management, IT systems, and business infrastructure.
