We are looking for an experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our firm.
This is an executive-level position, responsible for all legal service operations, business systems, financial controls, HR and the physical plant.
Our ideal candidate will possess :
Management experience leading operations in a legal or professional services industry, with a record of success optimizing delivery, service and financial reporting.A proven ability to drive operational excellence and efficiency in support of aggressive growth strategies.Experience successfully leading a team of more than 20 with an operating budget of more than $5M.Responsibilities
This position will optimize people, process and technology. In this role you will be responsible for :
Managing daily operations of the Firm and service delivery, excluding legal work.Creating / improving and deploying robust policies, systems and procedures.Working closely with the Owner and key staff on strategy, policy, problem-solving, and decision-making.Building a Firm where systems run the business, and great people run the systems.What you can do is important.
