We are in search of a dedicated and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead our expanding network of charter schools focused on providing exceptional educational opportunities for students with dyslexia. This pivotal leadership position allows you to influence and enhance operational practices within an organization that is dedicated to delivering innovative and evidence-based learning experiences for children who may be underserved by traditional educational frameworks. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the executive team to define organizational objectives and drive operational strategies across multiple campuses.
• Oversee vital operational functions, including food services, facilities management, IT, and school safety to ensure efficient daily operations.
• Guarantee compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations, as well as adherence to internal policies.
• Partner with school leaders to create standardized systems and processes that promote consistency and alignment across the network.
• Lead key projects and initiatives, responding to the evolving needs of the organization.

• Preferred experience in public charter schools or familiarity with school operations.
• Background in administrative leadership within sectors such as healthcare, non-profit organizations, or operations management.
• Local knowledge or connections to Baton Rouge or other regions of Louisiana is advantageous.

• Competitive salary range between \(100,000 to \)130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
