Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership by managing day-to-day activities across all product lines, ensuring optimal efficiency and effective processes.
- Develop and supervise operational budgets for each product line, ensuring that financial targets are achieved. Prepare and present financial performance reports for each division.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ascertain appropriate staffing levels for each product line. Oversee team performance and resource distribution, ensuring alignment with operational objectives. Spearhead workforce planning, recruitment, and training initiatives to fulfill business requirements.
- Oversee supply chain operations to guarantee seamless sourcing, production, and timely distribution of products and services. Work in close partnership with vendors, collaborators, and internal teams to uphold a cohesive supply chain.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration by partnering with Product, R&D, and Marketing teams to align operational objectives with the overarching business strategy.
- Continuously assess and enhance operational processes to improve efficiency, lower costs, and support growth and scalability.
- Identify operational risks proactively and implement measures to mitigate them, safeguarding continuity and minimizing potential disruptions.
- Demonstrated expertise in operational management, encompassing budget oversight, HR responsibilities, and supply chain management within a digital product or omni-channel context.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a talent for managing cross-functional teams and navigating complex operations across multiple product lines.
- Proven experience in executing process enhancements and scaling operational functions to accommodate business growth.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in operational management, including budget oversight, HR involvement, and supply chain administration.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
