Overview
We are seeking a skilled System / Business processes Analyst to discover and analyze our business systems and products. This role involves mapping processes, database schemas, and system architectures to enable the build of a consolidated data platform that will support the business Digital Transformation & Innovation.
Responsibilities
Business System and Product Analysis :
Conduct thorough assessments of business systems, processes and product workflows to identify data flows and lifecycle.
Evaluate system capabilities and processes to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Identify dependencies and integrations across systems and products.
Process Mapping :
Map existing business processes, highlighting the dependencies, API’s, data sets and flows.
Document and maintain detailed process maps and system interaction diagrams.
Database Schema and Architecture Mapping :
Analyze database schemas to understand relationships, structures, and dependencies.
Document and visualize database architecture, highlighting key data flows and integration points.
Collaborate with database administrators and developers to understand source system connectivity.
Stakeholder Collaboration :
Work closely with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to gather requirements and understand operational needs.
Act as a liaison between business and data technical team to ensure solutions address organizational goals.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to uncover system insights and drive consensus.
Documentation and Reporting :
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and database architectures.
Develop reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Provide technical and user-friendly documentation to support system implementation and training.
Insight Discovery and Recommendation :
Provide recommendations to optimize systems, processes, and database architecture.
Support decision-making by delivering clear and concise analyses.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field, with 3 years of experience in system analysis, business process analysis, or a related role.
Strong understanding of database structures, schemas, SQL querying, API integrations, and system architecture.
Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN tools) and familiarity with enterprise-level systems, CRM, ERP, or digital transformation projects.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical information into business terms.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
