Key Responsibilities
- Lead the daily operations of the center, implementing streamlined processes to enhance overall productivity.
- Recruit, train, and oversee a dedicated team of professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and growth.
- Manage the client intake procedures, assessments, and scheduling, ensuring clear communication with families.
- Ensure the facility is safe, clean, and inviting for both clients and staff.
- Oversee financial management, including budget monitoring and expense tracking, while identifying cost-effective solutions.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and evaluate the effectiveness of our services.
- Act as the primary liaison for clients, families, and external partners, facilitating transparent and timely communication.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and proactively manage compliance and risk.
- Drive initiatives for continuous operational improvement and enhance service delivery.
- Strong leadership abilities coupled with excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of ABA principles is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a relevant field (Master's preferred).
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations management, ideally within the healthcare or behavioral health sectors.
