Key Responsibilities
- Lead the organization in establishing a culture of operational excellence to deliver exceptional service for customers and professional drivers.
- Supervise daily operations across transportation, logistics, and brokerage sectors, ensuring dependable and cost-efficient services.
- Enhance efficiency by optimizing fleet utilization, personnel allocation, and technological resources.
- Drive ongoing process enhancements by leveraging data and technology to refine workflows and boost profitability.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the attainment of business objectives.
