Key Responsibilities
- Lead and cultivate a culture of operational superiority ensuring exceptional service delivery to customers and professional drivers.
- Supervise daily activities across transportation, logistics, and brokerage networks, guaranteeing reliable and cost-effective services.
- Maximize operational efficiency through the optimization of fleet usage, personnel, and technological resources.
- Drive ongoing process enhancements by leveraging data and technology to streamline workflows and elevate service delivery.
- Establish and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the successful achievement of organizational objectives.
- Formulate contingency strategies and lead operational responses to disruptions, ensuring service continuity and reliability.
- Collaborate with the Safety team to guarantee adherence to all transportation regulations and safety protocols.
- Partner with the Maintenance team to optimize driver performance, achieving key operational benchmarks such as MPG targets.
- Own the profit and loss (P&L) responsibilities for all operational divisions, closely monitoring financial performance.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures and efficiency enhancements through a detailed analysis of performance metrics.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with key customers and partners to foster long-term business success.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to align operational insights with customer needs and service agreements.
- Address operational challenges proactively to sustain strong customer relationships.
- Oversee the optimization of transportation management systems (TMS) and relevant technologies.

- Comprehensive knowledge of transportation regulations and compliance standards, particularly in fleet operations.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
