- Master and effectively deliver our phone campaign scripts, ensuring thorough understanding of our brand and service offerings.
- Engage with our extensive contact database, presenting our services and gathering essential information. Depending on the campaign specifics, you may transfer leads to the sales team or arrange follow-up calls.
- Utilize our CRM platform to manage contacts, document communications, and systematically track client responses.
- Native-level proficiency in English.
- A professional and approachable phone demeanor that encourages engagement with decision-makers.
- Strong commitment and resilience to manage a significant volume of calls weekly.
- Intermediate to advanced computer proficiency, with the capacity to swiftly adapt to our proprietary phone and contact management systems. A typing speed of 40 words per minute or greater is preferred.
