Key Responsibilities
- Conduct a minimum of 4 hours of talk time or 300 calls per day to connect with prospects.
- Assess and qualify leads while scheduling appointments for digital marketing consultations with our Business Development Managers.
- Master and convey campaign pitches and product information effectively.
- Initiate contact with an extensive database of over 100,000 prospects, introducing our services and gathering pertinent information.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions using our CRM system, tracking responses, and ensuring appropriate follow-ups.
- Native-level English proficiency.
- A personable and professional phone demeanor, with the ability to effectively navigate gatekeepers.
- A strong work ethic and determination to maintain a high volume of calls weekly.
- Intermediate computer proficiency, with the ability to competently use our phone and contact management software.
- A typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or marketing is advantageous.
- Previous experience in telemarketing or outbound sales is preferred but not mandatory.
