- Acquire in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively present campaign pitches to prospective clients.
- Engage with a large database of contacts, presenting our services and gathering insightful information. Depending on the campaign, this may include transferring calls to our inside sales team or scheduling follow-up conversations.
- Utilize our CRM system proficiently to manage contacts, track call activities, and document client responses.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication skills and a captivating phone presence.
- Positive phone etiquette, capable of engaging prospects and navigating through gatekeepers effectively.
- Resilience and tenacity to thrive in a high-volume calling environment, driven by a passion for connecting with prospects.
- Tech-savvy, adept with computer systems and CRM tools, and able to adapt quickly to new software, with a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute.
