Key Responsibilities
- Direct the daily operations of the OMHC program
- Formulate and execute strategies aimed at improving program efficiency
- Ensure adherence to mental health regulations and standards
- Cultivate a nurturing and supportive work atmosphere centered on client welfare
- Collaborate with staff and community stakeholders to enhance service excellence
- Active LCPC or LCSW-C License (Required)
- Leadership Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory capacity
- Program Management: Demonstrated experience in overseeing mental health services

- Strong Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and teamwork skills
