Compensation And Benefits
Part-time position requiring 15-20 hours per week with flexible scheduling, ideally in the later afternoon/evening hours (between 3-7 pm).

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and coordinate care with clients and their families.
- Provide both individual and group therapy employing a strengths-based and solution-oriented approach.
- Formulate treatment and aftercare plans, collaborating with external agencies including DCS, schools, and other service providers.
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation while adhering to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Keep up-to-date and accurate mental health records and progress notes.
- Guide clients in developing coping strategies, emotional regulation, and enhancing interpersonal relationships.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to address ongoing needs, delivering holistic care.
- In-depth knowledge of human behavior, psychological research methodologies, and therapeutic approaches for mental and behavioral health conditions.
- Strong familiarity with mental health diagnoses, treatment methodologies, and rehabilitation techniques.
- Experience serving diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
- Competence in Telehealth practices and proficiency in using Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for remote service delivery.
- Capacity to work autonomously while upholding high professional standards.
- A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Licensure by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Preferred experience in delivering therapy in a remote framework.
