Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and facilitate effective care coordination with clients and their families.
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, employing a strengths-based and solution-focused methodology.
- Formulate treatment and aftercare plans, collaborating with external entities such as DCS, educational institutions, and other healthcare providers.
- Maintain meticulous documentation of all clinical records to ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
- Keep accurate and updated mental health clinical records and progress reports.
- Assist clients in developing essential coping skills, managing their emotions, and enhancing interpersonal relationships.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to address ongoing client needs and provide integrated care.
- In-depth knowledge of human behavior, psychological research methodologies, and the treatment of mental and behavioral health conditions.
- Strong proficiency in mental health diagnosis, treatment methodologies, and rehabilitation strategies.
- Experience in working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, adults, and families.
- Familiarity with Telehealth practices and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems to facilitate remote service delivery.
- Capability to operate independently while upholding high professional standards.
- A Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related discipline.
- Licensed by the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
- Previous experience providing therapy in a remote setting is favorable.
