Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary liaison between the CEO, executives, employees, and external stakeholders.
- Oversee the CEO's calendar, ensuring timely scheduling of meetings and seamless travel coordination.
- Prepare, edit, and manage correspondence, presentations, reports, and essential documents.
- Organize and maintain both digital and physical files for efficient access.
- Conduct research and compile data to support reports, presentations, and strategic decision-making.
- Manage personal commitments, including travel arrangements, appointments, and family-related tasks.
- Handle sensitive documents with utmost confidentiality and professionalism.
- Execute basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoice preparation and expense tracking.

- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
