Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage product innovation and design initiatives across various categories, ensuring a unified and progressive product identity.
• Establish and enhance the brand’s visual identity across all product lines and channels.
• Propel innovation to sustain the brand's status as a global leader in creativity, focusing on consumer-centric design solutions.
• Formulate strategic methodologies to distinguish our products through design attributes, including form, functionality, materials, color, and finishes.
• Uphold design excellence for both hard and soft goods, guaranteeing high-caliber execution.
• Expand and organize the design team to support the brand’s growth and international presence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convey design direction and brand values effectively.

Required Skills

• A minimum of 10 years of experience in product design, with a demonstrated record of leading successful design projects in consumer products.
• Profound expertise in product innovation from initial concept through to execution.
• Strong leadership capabilities with experience in expanding and managing design teams in a fast-paced setting.
• In-depth knowledge of materials, colors, finishes, and strategies for product differentiation to align with brand objectives.
• Comprehensive understanding of consumer trends, particularly in sports, fitness, style, fashion, and food/beverage.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline is required. A Master's degree or MBA is advantageous.

• Base salary range: \(260,000 - \)280,000
• Performance-based bonus available
