Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Vice President of Product to lead our next chapter of growth within the creative photo product industry. This pivotal role offers a remarkable opportunity for a seasoned product executive to influence the evolution of our offerings while partnering closely with the executive leadership team to fulfill our strategic vision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the representative of customer insights within the executive team.
  • Articulate and champion the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders, including C-suite executives and board members.
  • Cultivate and develop a high-performing product team by attracting, mentoring, and retaining top-tier talent.
  • Promote organization-wide alignment on key initiatives and strategic decision-making.
  • Provide transformative leadership to product managers, emphasizing agility and strategic execution.
  • Collaborate with marketing to establish the value proposition and competitive positioning for all products.
  • Drive innovation and strategy through data-driven insights and stakeholder engagement.
  • Oversee major design initiatives to create cohesive and impactful product experiences.
  • Develop and refine the product roadmap to enhance growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Implement hypothesis-driven feature development utilizing research and testing.
  • Communicate priorities across teams to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Define success metrics and assess team performance against time-to-market goals.
  • Analyze the impact of new features continually and adjust strategies to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Utilize consumer insights and competitive analysis to guide innovation initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Proven success in leading and scaling product management within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment, ideally with revenues exceeding $150M.
  • Expertise in product strategy, customer experience, and design innovation within creative or publishing sectors.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise software and contemporary development methodologies.
  • Experience in mergers and acquisitions, particularly in integration strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills with executive leadership, customers, and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to launch products and features successfully within budget and timelines.
  • Proven track record in building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of trust.
  • Experience in transitioning from legacy systems to SaaS platforms.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, particularly in high-growth settings.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is preferred.
