Job Overview

We are seeking a passionate and proactive Junior Product Manager to collaborate with our VP of Product Development. In this pivotal role, you will become the primary authority on our Premium Membership service, with the exciting opportunity to enhance the Member Experience, drive sales growth, and improve Member retention. Your key responsibility will be to identify and address challenges, ensuring an optimal experience for our users and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Innovate and refine features for Premium Membership users.
  • Create mockups for frontend, backend, and web applications.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Accounts, and Traffic teams to comprehend their requirements.
  • Collaborate with our Technology team to successfully launch new products and features.
  • Support in formulating competitive pricing structures that reflect industry standards.
  • Directly engage with Premium Members to gather valuable feedback and insights.

Required Skills

  • 2-4 years of experience in product management or a related discipline.
  • A strong sales-oriented mindset coupled with a keen eye for web design.
  • Proficiency in Photoshop or similar design software is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written communication abilities for developing marketing content, emails, and print materials.
  • Prior experience in sales or account management is preferred.
  • A strong desire to take initiative on projects and acquire new skills in a fast-paced setting.
