Key Responsibilities
- Assume responsibility for key product areas, leading the complete product lifecycle from conception through to launch and ongoing enhancement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams such as UX, Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, Business Development, and Marketing to develop and prioritize the product roadmap.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, user feedback, and research to discover new avenues for growth and innovation.
- Establish product Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) alongside Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), utilizing data-driven insights to shape strategic decisions and feature development.
- Facilitate high-level discussions regarding technology choices, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives.
- Foster the growth and advancement of the product function by advocating for customer-centric methodologies and industry best practices.
- Guarantee that all systems and sensitive data, including member information, are securely managed and comply with data security policies and HIPAA regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, finance, economics, information science, or a related field. An MBA or MS is advantageous.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, project management, engineering, or a comparable field.
- Demonstrated ability in defining software projects, gathering requirements, and managing end-to-end product development processes.
- Proficient in leading technical conversations and shaping technology strategies.
- Intermediate knowledge of SQL, Tableau, or similar analytical tools, with a strong capability to leverage data in decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
