Product Manager Principal for Health and Wellness Platform

Job Overview

We are on the lookout for a seasoned and ambitious Principal Product Manager to spearhead the creation of a groundbreaking platform designed to enhance members' health and wellness journeys. In this pivotal position, you will collaborate extensively with diverse teams, including engineering, data science, clinical, and marketing, to refine and broaden the product strategy. You will take ownership of significant product domains across the platform, overseeing the journey from concept to execution, and play a vital role in developing new features that elevate member engagement, enhance health outcomes, and promote enduring behavior change.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the management of multiple high-impact product areas throughout their complete lifecycle, from requirements gathering to roadmap planning, execution, delivery, and ongoing enhancement.
• Engage in collaboration with leadership teams across UX, Engineering, Data Science, Clinical, Business Development, and Marketing to prioritize product features and roadmap objectives.
• Identify and evaluate new market opportunities and avenues for strategic expansion.
• Define and monitor product OKRs/KPIs, leveraging data and analytics to inform feature development and enhancements.
• Contribute to the advancement of the Product function, promoting a customer-centric methodology in decision-making.
• Integrate user research, customer insights, and market trends into actionable product roadmaps and priorities.
• Ensure the safeguarding of all systems and sensitive member data in compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations, including HIPAA.
  
  

Required Skills

• A robust background in product management, project management, engineering, or a related sector with a proven record of successfully defining and delivering software projects.
• Strong leadership capabilities, with experience guiding engineering discussions related to technology strategy and decisions.
• Intermediate proficiency in SQL, Tableau, or similar analytics tools, accompanied by strong analytical and quantitative abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated through effective collaboration across teams.
  
  

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, finance, economics, information science, or a related field is required. An MBA or MS is advantageous.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, project management, engineering, or relevant industries.
