Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the enhancement of grant application and management processes, from opportunity identification through grant closeout, with an emphasis on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Supervise the drafting and management of federal, local government, and private grant applications and contract responses, ensuring timely and precise submissions reflective of the organization's mission.
- Collaborate with leadership and program teams to identify and seize grant opportunities that support organizational objectives.
- Cultivate a positive and collaborative atmosphere during the planning and development of health programs aimed at enhancing community outcomes.
- Oversee work plans across program areas, ensuring activities remain consistent with grant and contract goals and targets.
- Partner with the Data Analytics Manager to guarantee accurate and consistent data reporting across all programs.
- Lead program evaluations focusing on key metrics such as cost, quality, patient experience, and employee satisfaction.
- Maintain close cooperation with the finance department to monitor budgets and ensure financial compliance for all funded programs.
- Work alongside leadership to identify potential compliance risks and establish best practices in proposal development, contracting, and reporting.
- Manage site visits and evaluations conducted by funding agencies, ensuring effective collaboration with leadership.
- Oversee the ongoing utilization and enhancement of the grants management system to streamline processes and bolster program success.
- Administer a portfolio of grants, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
- Engage in internal committees or workgroups to facilitate effective program integration and operations.
- Support the professional development of grants team members through mentoring and coaching, fostering teamwork and growth.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and successful execution of key projects.

- A Master's degree in Public Health, Health Care Administration, or a related field is required; equivalent experience and certifications are also acceptable.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in grant writing and management with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
- Experience leading teams and collaborating across departments to achieve shared goals is essential.
