Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead and oversee large-scale glazing and facade projects from the inception of the contract to project close-out, encompassing RFIs, submittals, change orders, punch lists, and comprehensive close-out documentation.
- Collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, architects, management, and on-site personnel to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Employ project management software along with spreadsheets and estimating tools to monitor and manage projects proficiently.
- Ensure projects are delivered within established budgets while adeptly managing materials, equipment, and labor costs.
- Analyze and interpret blueprints, specifications, and structural drawings to grasp architectural intent and ensure alignment with project objectives.
- Cultivate robust communication with all stakeholders and provide timely updates to enhance transparency and project success.
- Exceptional communication abilities, allowing for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational acumen and acute attention to detail.
- Capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- A commitment to professional growth and an eagerness to accept increased responsibilities.
- 2-10 years of Project Management experience within the glass, glazing, or facade industries (including Storefront, Window Wall, Curtainwall, ACM Panel Systems, Structural Glass Walls, and Skylights).
- Minimum of 3 years managing projects valued at $10 million or more.
- Experience with Unitized Curtainwall is advantageous.
- Proven ability to make critical decisions and operate independently.
- Proficiency in managing projects across all phases, from contract negotiation to budgeting and project close-out.
- A demonstrated history of delivering projects on time and within budget is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software is beneficial.
