Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through site visits, phone outreach, and email communication.
- Manage incoming sales inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up through phone calls, email correspondence, and virtual meetings.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with primary decision-makers.
- Conduct comprehensive discovery discussions to fully understand client requirements.
- Deliver proposals in-person, during virtual meetings, and over the phone.
- Work collaboratively with inside sales, management, and other stakeholders to achieve results.
- Track sales metrics and progress utilizing CRM software.
- Engage in team meetings, participate in company events, and attend industry trade shows.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
- A proactive approach to new business development with a focus on recreation or hospitality sales.

- A degree or relevant coursework in Sales, Business, Marketing, Communications, or Hospitality is preferred.
