- Provide oversight of the medical services contract at designated sites, ensuring adherence to established policies and protocols.
- Lead and support medical teams operating in secure federal environments.
- Oversee personnel onboarding processes, including vetting and orientation.
- Manage scheduling to guarantee adequate staffing coverage.
- Formulate and execute logistical and procurement strategies for assigned locations.
- Implement risk management and quality assurance initiatives.
- Analyze program performance and collaborate with leadership teams to share best practices.
- Ensure timely completion of all reporting requirements and deadlines.
