Key Responsibilities
- Assume the role of programmatic leader for the medical services contract.
- Engage positively with patients, vendors, and colleagues, fostering a supportive environment.
- Supervise and monitor the performance of assigned personnel, ensuring proper vetting and orientation.
- Coordinate staffing schedules to meet operational requirements and manage daily operations within medical units.
- Develop and oversee the logistics and procurement strategies for designated medical units.
- Maintain the risk management program alongside medical event reporting and quality assurance initiatives.
- Conduct analyses to promote continuous performance improvement and establish best practices.
- Ensure timely and precise reporting of program activities.
- Participate in the recruitment and selection processes for contract employees.
- Facilitate medical in-service training for physicians and clinical staff.
- Uphold appropriate security measures regarding patient care and custody.
- Engage in disease surveillance efforts and public health studies as required.
- Lead and attend staff meetings to foster communication and collaboration.
- Perform essential record-keeping responsibilities.
- Maintain proficiency with electronic health records systems.
- Complete all mandated training and competency evaluations.
- Safeguard patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
- Stay informed about and comply with all relevant policies and procedures.
- Fulfill other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related field.
- A minimum of two years of management experience in healthcare services.
- Proven ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and identify trends.
- Experience in collaborative planning and fostering relationships.
- Skill in developing and managing logistical plans to support operations.
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal capabilities.
- Experience leading large, diverse teams in high-pressure settings.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective leadership, and both oral and written communication skills.
- Relevant management or HR certifications (e.g., PMP, CPC, CSP) are advantageous.
- Familiarity with electronic medical documentation systems.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Resident status.
- Capability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (current clearance preferred).
- Proficiency in English (Spanish language skills are a plus).

- Salary range: \(75,000 - \)150,000 per year, based on experience.
