- Lead the successful delivery of multiple complex projects under the TRICARE contract.
- Provide updates on project progress, ensuring timely communication and recommending solutions to address critical challenges.
- Guarantee projects are executed within defined timelines, scope, and budget by collaborating with project managers and scrum masters.
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate program-level risks, leading teams in the development of effective strategies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and resources to achieve project milestones.
- Manage third-party development teams, ensuring adherence to established standards and performance expectations.
- Collaborate with the Product Delivery Manager to align project execution with strategic priorities.
- Promote the implementation of Agile Project Management and best practices throughout project teams.

- Build strong relationships with executive leadership and project sponsors, ensuring alignment and transparency across the project lifecycle.
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodologies, specifically Agile and PMO best practices.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strong capacity to train and mentor project management professionals.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
