- Account Servicing: Manage data entry, account maintenance, processing, and documentation with a strong emphasis on accuracy and adherence to industry regulations.
- Operations Support: Execute a variety of operational tasks related to inquiries from customers, vendors, and associates.
- Service & Support: Collaborate effectively with business partners and associates to enhance processes and resolve escalated or complex issues.
- Technical Expertise: Employ your banking system knowledge to troubleshoot problems and provide support to both internal and external teams.
- Proficiency in CAB Account Management and back-office customer service.
- Essential banking experience.
- Familiarity with FISERV, Oracle, SAP, or other back-end banking software.
- Exceptional attention to detail along with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in banking or financial services is required.
- A proven track record in account management operations is essential.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in relevant fields.
