- Account Servicing: Execute data entry, account maintenance, documentation, and processing while ensuring adherence to accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Operations Support: Manage operational tasks related to inquiries from customers, vendors, and associates.
- Service & Solutions: Partner with business associates and team members to refine processes and enhance the customer experience. Assist in addressing escalated or complex issues.
- Technical Expertise: Offer knowledge and troubleshooting support for both internal and external stakeholders.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
- Experience with CAB Account Management
- Prior banking experience
- Familiarity with FISERV or similar backend banking systems such as Oracle or SAP
- Strong attention to detail and the capability to thrive in a back-office setting
- Relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Proficient communication and collaboration skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
